Filter cartridges for industrial air filtration systems

The filter boxes manufactured by Roymaplast are high-efficiency filtration systems designed for air treatment and purification in ventilation and exhaust ducts. Their design allows for the installation of different filtration stages in sequence, adapting to the needs of each industrial facility, laboratory, office, or production process.

Three-stage filtration for better air quality

Our 3-stage filter housings are designed to accommodate different types of filters, providing progressive air filtration. This configuration allows for the initial removal of larger particles, followed by finer particles, and finally the reduction of certain molecular contaminants, odors, and gases using activated carbon filters.

The combination of pre-filters and activated carbon filters allows the system to be configured based on the type of contaminant present and the required level of filtration. Roymaplast can supply the appropriate filters for each application.

Custom-made filter drawers

We offer a variety of filter housing models and sizes, selected based on the required air flow rate, expressed in m³/h, and the characteristics of each installation.

Optionally, the filter drawers can be equipped with a pressure gauge, making it easier to monitor filter saturation and indicating when replacement or maintenance is necessary.
